Payment is required on confirmation of your booking. This payment will secure your booking and dates.
The balance is due 30 days before arrival or immediately when booking within 30 days of arrival.
At the time of booking, we ask our guests for a security deposit of £250. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved a day or two before you arrive and then released after departure on return of the keys and if there is no damage, there is nothing you need to do.

Well behaved dogs are welcome in some of our properties, please see the information on the relevant property to check. There will be an additional cleaning charge to allow for a deep clean of the property once you and your furry friend has checked out.
We welcome children to our accommodation and can provide a high chair and cot on-site on request, prior to arrival.

We can sometimes be flexible on arrival and departure dates and times. If you are unable to select the dates you would like in the calendar please contact us.
Check-in is from 3pm-9pm and check-out is at 10am. There is an early check-in and late checkout option which are subject to availability – please contact us to conform the cost as this will be property specific.
